His exposure to industry in India and Europe confirmed his presumptions regarding reluctance of small consumers (due to apathy of established producers of instrumentation) to go for modern techniques of process monitoring in general and temperature measurement in particular. With rising costs of energy and all round stress on productivity and product quality, it became necessary for everyone to fall in line and go for better processes and updating existing one.
Years passed, pages turned, working space increased. Mr. Agarwal was not alone. In 1993 Jagjan alongwith its team shifted to its owned spacious plot of land of 24,000 square feet in renowned industrial area of Ajmer having 2300 square feet built up area. Today:
